How to switch to V4 Consumer
from SKY?
Thinking about making the switch from Sky to V4 Consumer? Great choice! We’ve made the process
simple and straightforward with just three easy steps:
1. Check Your Contract
Before switching, it’s important to check your current Sky contract to know your end date and any
potential cancellation fees. You can do this in two ways:
- Call Sky Customer Service: Dial 0800 151 2747 between 08:30 - 23:00 Monday to
Friday or 08:00 - 22:00 on Saturdays and Sundays to speak with a representative.
- Access Your Sky Account: Log in to your Sky account and visit the ‘Message Centre’
2. Order Your V4 Consumer Package
Now for the exciting part—choosing your V4 Consumer package! We offer a range of packages with speeds from 31 Mbps to 950 Mbps, plus optional add-ons like Wi-Fi Extenders and Mobile SIMs to suit your needs.
3. Give Your Notice to Sky
If you’re still under contract with Sky, you’ll need to give them 30 days’ notice to cancel. You can do this by:
- Calling Sky Customer Service or
- Using your Sky My Account.
If your Sky package includes other services like sports channels, check if you can keep them after
switching. Be aware of any exit fees that may apply if you’re still within your minimum commitment period.
However, you might be able to avoid these fees if you’ve experienced slow speeds,mid-contract price
increases, or have an unresolved complaint with Sky.
Important:
We recommend not cancelling your Sky service until your V4 Consumer installation is complete to avoid any disruption in your service.
