Your Options:
- Transfer the Account:If someone else in the same household wishes to take over the account, we can help transfer it to their name.
- Close the Account:If you prefer, you can choose to close the account entirely.
What We Need:
To process either of these changes, we’ll need a copy of the account holder’s death certificate. This is required to ensure that we can make the necessary updates securely and appropriately.
