For common name changes that don't require legal proof, such as:

- Spelling Corrections:Correcting a misspelled name on the account
- First Name Update:Changing the first initial to the full name
These updates can be made easily over the phone with our Customer Care Team.
Name Changes Requiring Legal Proof
For more significant name changes, you'll need to provide legal documentation. This applies to:

Transferring Your Account to a Family Member or Partner
If you need to transfer your account to an immediate family member or partner (such as your father, mother, brother, sister, spouse, or child), we can assist with this process without altering your existing contract. Here’s what we’ll need to get started:
- Reason for the change
- New account holder’s full name
- New account holder’s email address
- New account holder’s phone number
After receiving this information, we’ll contact the new account holder to confirm they’re willing to take over the account and assume financial responsibility. Once confirmed, the account will be transferred to their name.
