Bringing Fibre to Your Property: Up to 14 Days
- Fibre Cable Installation:
Before the installation inside your home, it may take up to 14 days for our team to bring the fibre cable to your property.
This process involves running the fibre optic line from the nearest network point to your premises.
- Availability:
You typically do not need to be present while we bring the fibre cable to your property.
However, in some cases, we may need your permission to access the area outside your premises, particularly if there are access restrictions.
