In most cases, you do not need to be at home during the external installation of your fibre connection.

Our team can usually complete this part of the process without requiring access to the inside of your property.

However, there are some exceptions:

When You Might Need to Be Home:

• Internal Lead-In Duct:
  If the existing lead-in duct for the cable terminates inside your premises, we will need access to the interior of your home to complete the installation.
• Access Issues:
  Any other situations where interior access is necessary to bring the fibre cable to the external demarcation point.

If your presence is required, our team will notify you in advance to arrange a convenient time. Otherwise, we’ll take care of the external installation without disrupting your day.
